If one has an urge to throw money away, purchase the Samsung Galaxy S Duos 7562. I bought the phone for 17K in December 2012 and the performance is extremely pathetic.
To begin with, the phone turns on and off of its own volition. It responds a minute after the touch. When there is an incoming call, the number shows up but not the caller's name.
It possesses a RAM of 768 MB of which 645 MB is only available and then android with basic apps hog 500-600 MB leaving little space for any new installations or a decent performance. And it is not possible to move the apps to the external SD card either. I had to install task killers to constantly release the memory.
When i click a picture, it is impossible to view the picture from the camera mode. It just doesn't load.One has to leave the camera mode and enter the gallery mode to view it.
Now the price has dropped to 12K but it would be an amazing waste of money to buy this phone. The only highlight is the looks. The phone has perfect looks but the good things end there. It is plagued with all sorts of performance issues.
Strongly recommend not to buy this phone if any comes across this review.
